Audit tender information
Porsche Bank Zrt. (entities of the Volkswagen Group) will submit to tender the mandate for the audit of the respective annual financial statements according to local statutes, and to the extent required by law the consolidated financial statements beginning in financial year 2020.
The invitation to tender also includes diverse additional assurance services for the afore-mentioned entities (including the review of consolidated interim group financial statements, the audit of the deliveries for the IFRS consolidated financial statements, mandatory audits for credit institutions and insurance undertakings) as well as the audit of certain financial statements of other companies that are included in the consolidated financial statements of the Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft.
Audit firms can express their interest in tendering a bid until the 15 of December 2017, 18:00 CET, using the central contact address audit.tender@volkswagen.de. Please indicate for which of the named entities you would like to tender a bid and name a central contact person for the entire process. Please also specify the D&B D-U-N-S® Number (for further information see www.vwgroupsupply.com) of the entity that the central contact person is acting on behalf of.
At the conclusion of the time period specified for expressions of interest, the tender procedure will start.
